water can leave because of heat but with all for elements earth holds water and air keeps it moving with a little fire it can keep water warm but to much like zuko it will evaperate and go away kataang for eva

all this debating.. i also thought Kataang was it- but... story wise it just didn't make sense.. nor a story... that's why i (reluctantly) had to hand it to the Zutarians, that they're probably right...and then i realized that i was biased afterall. the story i'm writing is different, but sum similar characters, and that 1 ends up like the Zutarian not KAtaang characters
