They got sued by Gamers Worksop. Blizzard settled with their massive warchest. Yes they stole a kinds of intellectual property

well.. Warcraft started in the 90s.. so the warcraft series is not a ripoff of anything.. And even if it was, it's rated best among the most by any critics.

WoW is just a cheap knock-off all around. It copied things pioneered by other MMOs (Sorry WoW fanbois but the MMO genre has been around since the 90s) and stole their lore from GW. The ONLY reason WoW is so successful was they are the first MMO to have an actual advertising campaign. Prior, MMOs were a small community.

Nothing was taken from WoW. WoW took a lot from Dark Age of Camelot which was Mythic's first MMO. If you want to say anything was borrowed, it was WAR borrowing from DAoC which makes sense since they were made by the same studio.

After 1.0.6 coming out very soon ballistic will be calculated as strength while in Assault stance. People won't be so quick to engage a SW in melee for sure. Not to mention when trained in Assault you can drop Marauders and Witch Elves one on one with melee.

It depends, if you're under 20, you'd probably like WoW. It's cartoony and there's very little to learn. Warhammer is a slightly more mature community, and the majority of the classes require more than one braincell to play.

is this game or Wow better?

It's a damn shame Shadow Warriors can't actually dual-wield in the game. Granted their melee is pretty awful, but still.
