If all you pretenders out there really want to hear this particular song reach it's full potential, listen to the version by Johnny Winter. That's right - white, albino, Texan, one of the best Blues guitarists of our time. FYI for any real fans - that's younger teenage brother Edgar (of later Frankenstein fame) arranging and on the piano on the track. Norah is pretty, but Johnny's vocal range and soul are miles ahead of her on this tune!

As far as Norah's ethnic background, I believe her father is from India and her mother is caucasian. Anyway her singing, piano and guitar playing are amazing. She's pretty too. My husband has been a fan since the beginning. I've really only discovered her. Now I listen all the time.
