A truly bizarre song - you can imagine Scott Walker or Noel Harrison singing it, can't you? This was the first record I ever bought, at the age of 11 or 12, and this is the first time I've heard it in 40 years. God only knows what I liked about it in 1969 ...

This is GREAT! Such creative music, and such a great, creative arrangement!! They just don't write/record like this anymore.. AND THAT'S A PITY! ...and to top it all, the fantastic voice and interpretation by Barry Ryan!! W-O-W!!!

I don't like the titel, sorry:Barry Ryan Kitch.He was and still is the perfection in singing voice and that's no kitch but perfection.He still frequent imitated and yes, they are kitch!

Ever hear of a band from the 80s called "The Associates"? They sing a song called 'Party Fears Two'. The singer from that band sounds like this. Just an observation. x |
