Yet having lived there the Black people in the slums are extremely kind. Once I went to a party for New Year's while in the northeast. The police came through and people were running, I remember some ppl bleeding like crazy and me carrying this terrified little Blk girl. Every1 but me at the party was Black or part Black.

Easier said then done. Brasil has a corruption problem just like every country does, but in Brasil its more put out by the news and yes obviously the corruption rate is higher then some but many countries have the same problem such as mexico, venezuela, russia, and tons of other countries...
