you people wonder about his height? What the fuck is wrong with you?He is a guitar player not a basketball player.I worry about how retarded people are sometimes who gives a fuck about his height he is a guitar giant

I'm a drummer but I watch this guy for inspiration. He shows how much is possible to get out of an instrument if you really put your heart in it. His time, feel and sound are as fine as I've heard from any musician, and if he'd wanted to play classical violin he could have rivaled the best players even in that genre.

Like all the greats

It doesn't matter how tall he really was(is). The man was a MONSTER with the guitar. I could care less if he was a midget, his music speaks 4 itself.

Bassest Tommy Shannon is 6' 4" so do you height comparisons of SRV based on that......You know I love playing and listening to the blues and have seen them all........Collins, Waters, Guy, the Kings Albert, BB, Freddie and a host of other greats........everyone a gem in the world of blues........but I will say that the intensity, tone and power of SRVs licks are unique, you just know when it is Stevie playing a riff........a testiment to SRV's commitment to the craft. He is so missed.....

God took him as the last shovelful of dirt was laid upon his grave

Well I doubt there's anything left of Stevie by now. So I guess we'll just have to keep wondering

Yeah, but I've heard rumors he was wearing cowboy boots. Truth is, we'll never know unless the vaughan family wants to exhume his remains to satisfy our needs. |
