YES YOU CAN, you have a chance to get a scholarship from British government but you must rock in almost everything, you must be the very best student in your school and fight for what you want. We ll meet there :D

and you are very right to do so. Oxford is a far more... well, its simply better, and with it being the worlds best people will see you as the worlds best.
