The Military is one of those jobs where you earn respect. It's not given to you..

i wanna be like you when i grow up! she is speaking truth. my father was USMC Marine...he died on the day this was posted Nov26th, 2007. since his death i been thinkin of joining the Navy. he used to always say black women have to work a more "harder" and you need to find a mentor who is doing what you love to do. this lady right here is great! you are a Mentor to many..including me

It's clear that this Warrant Officer was appointed on merit. So Huldraa, keep your poisonous comments to yourself.

Political correctness at its worst. What a disgrace that blacks are selected ahead of whites in affirmative action. America is dying, and it's because of the lies surrounding multiculture and multiracial societies. They BREAK DOWN.

I was an Engineer in the Navy and I currently operate new gas turbine power plants and then train the crew taking over . I travel alot. It's what people like CWO Pryor instilled in me that has inabled me to suceed in life after the navy! GO BLUE!! I had women on our boat and most of them were great. I wish I would have had the privilage to work with CWO Pryor!

Lady, I am not an American but I would be proud to serve and to know you. Well done for being a (obviously) good engineer but even more, a good sensible person.
