Because Tamama took to long to colour the picture it was a rule (Draw her on a 96.6 by 96.6 piece of paper while singing a drawing song) he had to follow for the note to work.

Weird that everyone acted like someone else when they were in the Dessu Note. Giroro was acting like Tamama, Mios was acting like Natsumi, and keroro was acting like a person in a love movie. But it was awesome.
