omg, my husband snores very loudly, has for about 5 years now. he has gotten heavier, he's 35. when i wake him to tell him he says "i wasn't even asleep". i actually had to record him so he'd believe me. it's awful! keeps me awake and so i'm tired the next day too. it actually give ME a headache it's so loud. he does get a lot of headaches too.

My bro once had osa. He had a ENT specialist treat the problem by laser surgery. The ulva was enlargened which made breathing difficult. It's alright now!
