Part 3B: Forces and Pressures on Network Computing -- Funding and Usability: What pressures press upon IT providers inside of Higher Education and Academic Medicine? This part discusses funding pressures on captive telecommunication organizations and how Apple and Microsoft usability through the years has influenced consumer adoption patterns.
