you have to do cardio if you want to see results. run for twenty to thirty minutes and then do this. this video really does work better then anything ive ever tried

this works for me, big time: try to consume a hearty soup for lunch/after work, eat most of your day's carb (bread/ pizza, pasta, you catch my drift) before sleep, metabolism burns cals coming from outside your digestive system, ie. moving unwanted fat layer on belly)..continue 8 min.abs daily, and this 'baby fat' won't be back! Sorry to sound rude (ie: baby fat) GL.
