I was reading the recent economic report on Romania 2013-2020 and beyond and it said that Romania's Per Capita will surpass Italy's by 2020 this is for many reasons Italy's very poor economic and social performance Italy is getting worse and it would take decades for Italy to come out of its enormous social and political problems. Romania will surpass Italy's per capita if Romania keeps growing around 5% and above for the next 7-10 years.
