When Onita FORCED the 1st ref and Chono to the barbed wire.... everyone was reluctant to go in... Onita took the brunt of the blow from what I've seen.

I thought the ending was pretty good. No Doubt, I think Chono is a better wrestler than Onita. But Onita had the edge because exploding barbed wire matches to him are like the Hell In A Cell match to The Undertaker or TLC matches to Edge. Somehow, there was a balance between them due to match circumstances, and despite the saying "It comes with the territory", New Japan decided to make Onita look strong by not having him lose to a Loyal employee (Chono).
