isotope decay is a good way to measure time. Is that how they got the estimate that the Universe is 15 Billion Years Old ? I forgot what I was doing but was researching Helium 3 and the fact it has never been frozen and I was wondering if Helium prevents the Universe from going static or motionless if Rufus is correct and the Universe is 60 Billion Years Old and can be verified by the fact that 23% of the Helium in the Universe can not be explained, maybe everything decays and restarted 4x

Jupiter and Venus are Baby Stars , they emitt more energy than they recieve.Stars allegedly recieve their energy from the Atom , Hydrogen atoms / Helium atoms Nuclear Fusion. ( a pound of Helium can keep a 10 watt light bulb lit for 100 thousand *plus years if its atoms where split and energy collected to power the bulb at the anode
