evanescence are not a christian band today. I believe amy and ben met on a camp which unless i'm misremembering was christian,they are on wind up records which signs many Christian bands including 12 stones, the lead singer of which featured on bring me to life as male vox. early songs have lyrics that definitely can be interpreted as christian.post 'fallen the band renounced its christian id.
