crazy....all the galaxies lookm so small but they are so damn huge!
CommunistHunter (October 12, 2008 at 11:50 pm)
No, Im not. The Hubble Deep field view picture saw a object at 13.7 billion light years. That is the factual, correct, information.

scared of what?

communisthunter, ur thinking of how old the universe is. the universe IS 13.7 billion years old. and it is 78 billion LIGHT years across.(takes light 78 bil years to travel across universe)
CommunistHunter (October 12, 2008 at 9:23 pm)
no, the image saw 13.7 billion light years away. NOT 78 billion. even the sites on google say this,

this blew my fucking mind.
CCPnoob (October 12, 2008 at 9:00 pm)
I believe the guy said 78billion light years across not 78billion years old (I am not sure if 78bil is accurate size though because as we know the universe doesnt have an edge)the bright disk in the galaxys centre is a super massive balc hole which is sucking in gass. As the gass spins and is sucked into the hole its heats up and thats where the light comes from.some galaxys dont have central black holes and they are normally spheres not disks!
