A bit like those piano phases Steve Reich does, very beautiful

Of course this sounds nothing like the "Koy", not "Einstein on the Beach" for this matter. If you really want to hear a similar sounding Glass album, check out his "North Star" documentary soundtrack, which was recentely released on the "Analog" Album.

I have vivid memories about this particular clip, but I had hard times making out what the choir was trying to sing. "saw see saw see"That's what I thought it sounded like.

Hmm, youre right, Philip Glass does sound alot like other classic minimal composers, lets see who we can name drop to seem like we're not dilletantes... sounds a bit like.. Steve Reich dont you think? Terry Riley is good.. How about Pauline Oliveros or Charlemagne Palestine or Christina Kubisch? no too deep... Yoshi Wada? not him either. Yes I guess youre right, the arpeggios remind me of Terry Riley too. Think Ill go read the Wire then put on my Rainbow in Curved Air record.
