I was in the toilet on the KLM plane when it clipped the top of the PanAm. I am so lucky to survive with out any injuries.

I don't know about all that, but it does make you think...

This is my speculation as to why had just happened to have all those coffins. THIS DISASTER WAS PLANNED. The odds of having hundreds of coffins at an airport are quite slim.

A chain of events led to this accident, and there were places where the chain could have been broken. Or, it shouldn't have been started in the first place. But where did the chain start? I'd say it was the moment KLM adopted a strict policy regarding their pilots and flight crew in general. That act consequently brought up the impatience in the activities of Van Zanten prior to the accident. Poor man was afraid his greedy superiors would be on his back. The culprit was indeed - GREED!

I always thought that if you work in the aviation business perfect knowledge of English is required! Obviously some people don,t and besides the poor visibility that also contributed to what caused this whole disaster.
