this would be good for close range tactical missions no very good for long ranged forest type enviroments

yes it is a very good secondary - ive fired it and it can be used as a primary; it works and does the job, but if you want to be very effective, use as a CQB or sidearm, good ROF- use a more powerful gun for those longer ranges: over 100ft

yes, the normal cap is 50, and the hi cap is 150
