No, that is another scene. and yes, is from the end of ep 25... the scne he is talking about, is from wehn motoko fights against the guy with the mobile suit... and he takes out her left arm... and then she shoots him with the sniper with only her right one. thats from ep 22

if you mean the bit where motoko is walking on to the aircraft and has the red dot on her head then that's eather episode 24 or 25 i can't remember whether there was 25 or 26 episodes in the 1st gig but i do know that it's the episode befor last that that happens
