The herbs i used are sage, taragon, chives, thyme, mint. You can use any soft leaf herb that you like. Yes you can use garlic paste.

Yes you could use garlic and ginger powder but it wont have the flavour of fresh Garlic and Ginger. I have a lattle grater which i use to grate my garlic and ginger. Also how you cook your onions is very important. You need to gently fry them until they are soft and brown in colour but not burnt. When your onions are ready then you add your paste mix. Thanks for the ingredient list mate. Just wondering, could you use Garlic and Ginger Powder as substitutes to the actual crushed garlic and ginger?and thank you Ma'am for the video, simple to follow through, although the music at the beginning is a bit questionable. |
