but in the video vinnie plays it as (l)R LL Rthe flam is split between the first tom and the snare...and LL R is on the snare...type in blush da steve holmes...youll find it...

thats called a "blushda"..the sticking is RL(flam) RRL..first R is on the first tom while the L is on the snare

Does anyone know what lick Colaiuta is doing from about 0.01 - 0.04, right at the beginning?It seems like some kind of a flam paradiddle thing, but im not sure. comment back please.

i prefer gavin harrison and nathaniel townseley over vinnie but he comes in 3rd and hes just mindblowing...personally this is not my fav solo by him..ive seen him do better but its still sooo sick

Yeah, Steve is one of my very favorite drummer and one of the biggest influences. He is all about music. Totally incredible.
