thier same jutsu just ones lesser then the other, and raikiri cud be concealed so no one can hear it im sure... and chidori is called sound of a thousand birds, thier called it basically cuz the lightning affinity they have, if they didnt it would be ezily to make it a silent killer move. lol

well they two raikiri and chidori are same jutsu and they both are supposed to be an instant killer jutsu, but if they attack with it to a shoulder for example... of course the enemy wont die...but... silent? anybody could hear it from metersremember that the name chidori comes from the noise it makes

mmm thier the same jutsu but can go in diff direction, raikiri is supposed to be an instant killer for a silent killer technique while chidori can go into a numbing affect, where after the user can torture the enemy till death thats my thoughts on it neways.

its not rakiri, but raikiriAnd chidori and raikiri are two different names for the same jutsu.

Ok ok...it isn't the exactly same thing but the basics are the same...its just chidori taken to a higher level. And even though chidori has a warm place in sasuke's "cool stuff", still it was developed by Kakashi which makes it his move.
