I'm just catchin' up on the Roots...I'd heard of them but never tuned in to any of their works...Erykah mentions them alot in her interviews etc. so when I saw them perform on Soulstage..I was in awe...they are versatile in mastering all styles of Rap, Old School R&B, Neo-Soul, Rock.....I mean...they wrap all up ...

i have been listening to some other music and looking at other people's comments. everyone says rap sucks. they obviously have not listened to the roots. the say that it is talentless and 100% processed, which is what the roots are not.
