It's certainly not easy to do in a game situation. The trick itself, though it looks hard, can be learnt fairly quickly though. Of course, it just depends how well you can do it. The reverse one is harder. Ie when you bring the ball from behind your standing leg. Just as he did against Dunga. Again, that becomes fairly simple to do after practice. But to do it in a match, you have to be very quick and assured.

my team is 3 games away from New Jersey states and we have a hal back who does that and breaks everyone then we lost a player so he went and played sweeper he still did it and scored from 50 yards away

good finish... flip-flap is easy to learn but to do it so fast takes practice and it takes a while to fool any and every player with it
