i rember watching this as a kid on vhs. I think my dad got it. I probably didn't know what drugs were and probably just liked it for the cartoon character's in it. I also probably watched it a bunch of times. BTW in the smurf there was only one girl.

Sad thing is, this probably the only piece that features top voice-over heavyweights, Jim Cummings, Lorenzo Music, and Frank Welker. Too bad there's not much else.
