This was such a great song and I`m not sure America listened to the lyrics. Kids did not know Johanna was short for Johannasburg. They just loved to dance to this number. Whatever, the awhareness to apartheid was full steam. We still need to stand strong against all forms of oppression!

The rate was 7:1 Seven blacks for one white. 5 million armed boers would not have a chance against 35 million blacks with jungle knives. It happened in angola, it happens in israel, and it should have happened there.
