Well, I don`t know about the chords but you can easily find the lyrics. Just type "Katyusha" in Google and you`ll get plenty of results...Cheers!:)

Okay, well thanks for making that clear. It is a great song, and the events of WW2 wherein it was used are fascinating also. I wish I could learn it. The chords are probably incredibly easy, but I don´t know how difficult it would be for me to pronounce the worlds!

Ehm...I think it`s the other way round, here`s a citation from Wikipedia: "Red Army troops adopted the nickname (of the rocket launcher) from Mikhail Isakovsky's popular wartime song, "Katyusha", about a girl longing for her absent beloved, who is away performing military service. Katyusha (Катюша) is the Russian equivalent of "Katie", an endearing diminutive form of the name Katherine: Yekaterina →Katya →Katyusha."Either way, it`s a great song, right?Cheers!:)

This sog is about the Katysha rockets, which are often called "Stalin organs". This was a devestating artillery weapon that the Russians used successfully against the Germans in WW2. It is a very popular folk song in Russia. This is simply a smashing performance. These girls have operatic voices and they seem to be extrenely will practiced.
