It's hard to express emotions through an abridged series. With the emphasis on sounding natural while still expressing the joke delivery, added on with the difficulty to match the characters with that same energy in a clearly dark dramatic series just becomes to much to juggle. The point is keeping up with the story while still keeping laughing:D
