great concept, every new thing in this world at first looks difficult but one should appretiate that there is someone working for these type of a building.ONE HAS TO IMAGINE FIRST TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE, IF THE DESIGNER HAS IMAGINED IT HOPE HE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN!!

if i remember right it's a self powering building. By rotating it generates its own power.
