The old dude has been in Cheech and Chongs Things are Tough All Over Movie. Great movie too. He plays a bigger roll. The black dude making the sounds is the dude from Police Academy and went on to do stand up. The cigarette dude would be funny if your stoned but wonder how much he got paid for doing the part and who is he? If ever you get into a loud argument among somebody, use the dog and cat fight sounds the black dude used!! You will notice, you won't be heard!!! I've tried it! :)
