I saw another video on mma hand wraps and they used actual tape, gauze and other stuff to make what looks like a small cast. Rather than using a cloth wrap.

you dont need your palm to be covered, if u do cover it thats wasted padding you could use in other areas

an everlast 180 in. wrap is the same size as a century 180 in. hand wrap. so Yes you can use your wrap to do this. |
