True.I don't use roids as I compete in Muay Thai and you get kicked out of the organization if you do.And it's illegal here, I do "pump iron" though.The only extra thing I use is Whey for more protein.

cause nowdays there steroid addics bak then they used them but not like now days now days they pop them like lollies, when i go to the gym n bodybuild i see them taking them n shooting up it is wrong, dont do roids when u get big u no it was natrual n u earned ur guns.
