i seriously doubt it. i mean first of all your name is FrenchBeatz, what do French people know about soul?? LOL just joking around. but no need to criticize, he's not using any big time equipment, just the MPC and the turntables.

I'm not hating. I'm just saying that, with that sample a hot joint isn't hard to make. Give me all his gear + his samples and I guess I would've make something even hotter..

lol, do you have ears??? listen to the melody of the song first...then listen to the melody he cut. He chopped the entire joint into 16, and just put together some magic right there. in 5 minutes! and yes he filtered the bassline. in like 5min(im sure he was messin around with it earlier). but while your hating im sure you couldn't put together anything close to that

I did see he chopped, but he chopped it just to put it in time, and to make it sound "chopped". I mean, I would've done the same, if I had that sample, cause it's so hot. But what I'm saying is that you don't really need alot of skills making a beat like that. I didn't really understand what he did like "3:00", did he chopped it up, filtered it to make a bassline? If yes he got skills.. But that's the only hard part.Peace

Ok, the beat was dope but I don't see any skills in here. He just took a sample and added drums.. I really doesn't impress me.. Don't misunderstand me I respect Kev as he is a great producer, but that beat doesn't impress me. But his crate-digging does..

hmm i have a mixer with a pre amp on it but i dont see the slots for a turn table, i guess you could hook the adapter up to it
