Yeah whatever I suppose you reckon they gave it CPR to revive to the point where it could smash it's tail around, and raise its gills huh in its last efforts to free itself. Idiot! Guys great job and nice fish, I catch a few of these, a little smaller though... what size (breeding size) do you recommend releasing, max respect for releasing this trophy fish.

I fully agree with you vxss, I've caught jewies like this one. And you can't buy them like this beaut one. Sometimes too, they have many small worms below their skin. Best to be put back so there's more jewies to catch !

to be honest im only 12 but i know alot about fishing my dad takes me alot best bait for mulloway is live squid or dead(fresh) or live yellotail. best place in sydney for jewfish is botany bay ive caught 5:) on my dads boat
