I know Jim went to the Panthers organization in '05'06, so was he still with them when Zednick was cut as well? I know a Jim Pizzutelli was featured on CBC's "Making the Cut" reality show, and that's where I am basing my info on.

The trainer that saved his life is my uncle! I met Clint Malarchuk when I was little, he came to my house for dinner, he's a super nice guy.

15 years? It happened in 1989....But you're right, it's horrible. Incredible that the trainer had those skills to save his life!

the guy who ran onto the ice was Malrchuck's trainer i think. but the dude was a veitnam army medic. it was some pretty gruesome stuff. 300 stitches to close his neck up. think they said on sports science that it was his jugular vein that got cut. did you see how calm Malarchuck was? man if i got my neck cut i would be like freaking out. i would hate it. i almost threw up when i saw this. clint's a hero or something man.
