It's pretty amazing! NASA did these experiments wirth orbiting atomic clocks and compared them with those on earth. Same results. Time travel does exist to a certain extent.

most scientist measure time based on the speed of light because light doesn't change relative speed and is constant. So, it's a measurement of constant C in a different unit.

we still do not have a complete understanding about the nature of time itselfthis video is to demonstrate the effect of time dilation, but it doesn't claim that it can explain what time is, so why expect it provides the answer?
