You got it right, Mike. May I add, that it means borrowing money from the Chinese against the national treasury to subsidize Saudi Arabia? Read Thomas Friedman's piece on it in the NYT.Dumb idea from McCain, given a fresh coat of gloss by Hillary.They had one in Onandaga county (upstate NY) until recently, and it made no difference. When it came to an end, there was no support for extending it. It just doesn't work.

McCain appeared with both Rod Parsley and John Hagee within the last year, warmly accepting their endorsements and saying nothing about their widely publicized racist, homophobic, anti-Catholic and anti-Semitic remarks until forced to by repeated media badgering. Moreover, he has given up every stand he has taken against Bush, from tax cuts to the treatment of detainees, and his critique of right-wing preachers as agents of intolerance. The GOP knows it best: McCain believes only in McCain.

And if explaining the facts and technicalities of something is the definition of "spoon feeding", then I wish everyone were spoon fed. If people understood that everything that sounds nice and pretty isn't always so, that you you have to look deeper under the surface before going with something, then America would be MUCH better off right now.

I don't use propaganda, I use facts. Just because the media doesn't agree with every tiny detail of Hilary's Gas Tax, doesn't mean that the media and the economists are spreading "Propaganda".It's been stated and proven through a little something called trial and error. Senator Obama, and other senators through several other states have tried this. The result: higher gas prices, less funds for highway construction, fewer highway construction workers, and fewer blue collar factory workers.

Yea, I saw the interview when Obama was spoon feeding his fans these statistics, you chose to ignore to here the world "possibly" before allthat. He sneaks alot of similar "what if's" into his conversation, he is silver tongued. That is not Hillarys gas plan. The media loved bush, remember that, the love Obama even more, I wonder why. Dig deeper. You don't know a thing about Hillary's heart. Don't try to defend your candidate with media propaganda. Its really sickening.
