There is rational thought behind Christianity. Read Mere Christianity by CS Lewis. He didn't always buy the truths that Christianity speaks. The book kind of lays out his changes in thoughts and beliefs in a very intellectual manner.In any case, the fact that God truly understands my struggles brings a peace to my heart that cannot be explained. He is good. :)
