To answer the question, as I'm apparently one of those two straight guys watching, I'm 16 and while highlights do look good, no way in hell I give my girlfriend fashion tips unless she asks me, and then it's typically a "hell yeah" or a "it looks good, but this would look even better." She has good taste though, so it all works out,
