i'read all the comments here, yes that's right, it was Health Secretary Duque, who kept saying that statement,i myself can't believe that at 1st.,but the 2nd time i heard a similar statement from Duque again,i think he has a lot of explaining to do.

i think i like the small one its funny with all the sparkles and such its very pretty i wonder how much it costs probably not very much i saw one in an antique shop once it was broken but i heard you could get the parts i heard if you f--k the rite person you can get one for free

Yes i saw that,and heard that 3 times at ABS-CBN news...i'm not even in a medical field but his statements were really sickening.,.that was verbal news not in print,but i have no idea if it was also printed,becoz it was a sort of an ambush interview setting.
