Sifu Fong is is one of the best Wing Chun masters in the world ! Just my opinion and I've trained with him and touched his hands. BTW He's also a great man.

Thanks for this information. I've gone to the century martial arts site and bought the first 4 parts to his Panther series. It helps to be studying with someone who can show you the applications. Also, at 2:13 there is a very low English speaking voice that explains some of the fundamentals of the Wing Chun system. You'll hear him say "power is the direct result of structure and timing" at about 2:35 or so.

Just to clarify, the man in the video is Augustine Fong. I am not Fong, I'm a meager beginner trying to learn Siu Lim Tao. Again, the man in the video is Augustine Fong.I can see that I may have confused people b/c of the way I responded before.
