There's records of countless civilizations being consumed by the sea, and many huge remnants of cities have been discovered under the sea. They can't all be lying, some major tsunami must have occurred, that sunk/destroyed all these cities and civilizations. Personally, I don't think we're ready for that sort of technology, our culture/instinct/behavior is all about competition (defeating your opponent, this is evident in politics & Business.

Atlantis was South America when it was once part of the continent of Africa. Once the continents split, the civilization between the land mass that separated sank to the ocean floor.

At least they are using humans... I mean, thats the one race in which we truly are. I think it is ridiculous that people with different skin colours are separated by another race... we are all the human race, and i dont know why some people cant see that.No one knows much about Atlantis and there for does not know what colour skin these people had, no matter where they were located. Besides, after all, does it really matter about their skin colour? lol. They are telling a story of a lost city.

Well, no-one knows what race they were. And I'm guessing from you user name that you're black. Grow up, you don't hear of many white people complaining about all of the black TV shows or black literture they force down our throats in school.
