honestly 9 pm is sooooo late, you shouldn't eat after 6pm, but if people stay longer awake they should eat 3-4 hours before they go to bed.

i just started eating healthier 2 weeks ago and ive lost 8 pounds, going from 200 to 192, and im not stoping there, here are some tips:drink lots of watertry to only drink water and milk 9some juice is ok, but no diet sodas. in fact, regular sodas are better than diet bc diet sodas make u crave food.have a can of soup for lunch. some are only 250 calories and they get rid of water wieghtstop eating after 9:00 pmhave the right sized serving of some healthy cereal 4 breakfastexersize b4 food
