What's wrong with longing to live in a specific country? The world is getting smaller and hopefully someday moving from one country to another will be as simple as moving from one U.S. state to another. Besides, Finland has one of the most rigorous immigration policies. If one is able to get in, it's because they want very badly to be there and because the Finnish government believes that person will be an asset. How many people can say that about the country they were born into?

Fins are, hands down, the most socially awkward people I have ever met. I swear I cannot remember one who behaved normally. They all seem to have some sort of anti-social personality. But hey, ya can't beat the great weather!

Hey, I heard the Fins are becoming like us Yanks! Another school shooting in less than a year. That, along with one of the highest suicide rates in the world...sounds like Finland is a fine country! Well, at least you have nice beaches, don't you??

I don't know why everyone wants to go to Finland is it the new eldorado ????I got sick of that every time when someone is a Fan of a fucking band from finland he starts dreaming about going there that's just disgusting. it's good to learn their language, to visit it maybe but not to live there for ever, and I think Finnish people have started to get sick of imigrants.That's my opinien.

Yeah. I think the hared is reinforced by how Finnish children have to study Swedish against their will.It's origins in history go deeper of cause, but the modern hatred of Sweden and the Swedish is of cause ridiculous.Both Finland and Sweden are awesome countries with a lot in common.
