this song pretty much summed up my year in school last year. i went through a really hard time and music helped me through it. this song helped me realize that i had lived through the hard times and that there are good times ahead.

The first time I listened to this song was 3 am on the day after I had bought the tape. I had woken up from my sleep and suddenly decided to play the tape from where I had stopped the previous night. In Hiding came on and I cried after the song got over. I was so in the same place at that moment and several times since. But that was one special listening.

Their newest album "Pearl Jam" is definitely one of their best. I have every PJ album and love them all. Also Binaural is a VERY underrated album.
