cheemooo, while it's true that the Mayans have marked Dec. 23, 2012 as a pivitol period in time, they didn't mean it to sound as if it were dooms day. That date is merely the end of the existing time period. A new time period would then begin. There's nothing from the Mayans that supports the idea that this date would be a bad time.

2012 written in the stars, observed by the masters of time calculations the mayans. 2012 dec 23 marks the unknown! Something is going to happen, 2012 is real I get frustrated to see how many people think 2012 is a joke, problem is not enough people understand it!
