i really like does sound and i feel it but does it make you stronger or what does it make you do i sometimes feel that it does make me satronger and would it help for a 13 yr old?

This is a very good meditation. Of all of the chakra healing soundclips I have heard this one by far is the best. I am very sensitive to energy changes and I could feel each chakra being affected by each mantra. You have done a wonderful job! Is there a place I can buy the cd of this??

I know many different chakra sounds, e.g. Awakening your lightbody use sound as well. The effect in combination with the visualisation is very strong and completely different from the ones I use. At the moment I'm starting a band The Diamond Dimension. Soon I will put all different sound healing examples on youtube and we gonna make a cd. As many sounds as people! Overtones defines the real characteristics of a tone, made by an instrument, animal or human being. Use your intuïtion and you are always right! The same with the pitch of the tone: make a connection to your body inside and you'll find the pitch that match to you.

thanks for your comment I appreciate it;do I chant also while watching..by the way your posting is great..I wasnt really clear how many chant sounds there is?/I thought first charkar 1- ah-nah-or ek 2- was ma or ONG 3- kar or shi--4-uh sat --5-ya ohm or shi and 7-wahe guru--off course different sites say different ones. does it matter which ways i use ...still learing and trying to figure it out....I really like this one is very basic and strong I thought
