"Are you saying someone meant for him to get hurt."No they are saying that management cut corners to meet production goals, that is grounds for a lawsuit.

It was a foreseeable accident. The management figured it'd be cheaper to give injured workers settlement money than to add safety features (ladders, railings, etc) to all of the equipment in the work areas. The dollar is all that matters to a lot of people, hence "they" are responsible.

I feel bad for the guy too. But where is this "they are at fault" attitude from......Are you saying someone meant for him to get hurt. Please. It's part of a larger problem in our societies that says "I'm gonna get some skin outta this". It's always "THEY" ......Gimme a break.

Man i sure feel for you. They should have been more safety concerned. What a shame a young man just wanting to earn money to have a new car or truck.I hope you get a new car anyway. Are you gonna sue them???I am glad you lived through and didnot lose your life!!! |
